totally recommend for a city break

Unpleasant room, unpleasant experience with very dirty bathroom and limited amenities that left much to be desired during our stay.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Great match for a city escape in Myrtle Beach with high value for money. Clean restrooms were a plus.

I was really let down by the dirty room—there was a roach in the bathroom, and the tub wouldn’t drain. Plus, the “ocean view” turned out to be a wall! Total misrepresentation.

Staying here was fantastic because it was just a short walk to the beach and only a few minutes from popular spots like the Second Avenue Pier and Ripley's Believe It or Not, making it super convenient for our weekend explorations, plus we enjoyed local favorites like Captain D's and Latitudes Grill just around the corner; however, it would have been nice if the hotel offered breakfast options or more amenities during our stay.

Great pools and water slides. Rooms need better maintenance and cleaning.

Overall had very nice stay for the price. I had updated and beautiful room with a view. Everywhere there was fairly clean. Also, I thoroughly enjoyed how enjoyable the location was. I randomly popped in Scoops Ice Cream serving some pastries, located relatively near the hotel, it was nice.

The bed was surprisingly comfy, making it a highlight of the stay. the room had an old smell that lingered throughout. I noticed that the TV didn’t work at all, and there was no coffee provided despite having a coffee maker. The bathroom was lacking cleanliness, with a toilet that only flushed if you held down the handle. Noise levels were an issue, resulting in restless nights. The outdated furniture, along with rust on the lamps, showcased the need for upgrades. Despite these issues, the sitting areas offered nice spots to unwind outside of the room.

Everything was perfect, loved our real good stay.

Fun, Fun, Fun

I had an absolute blast splashing around in the lazy river! The aqua park was the perfect spot for some family-friendly fun. Plus, the beach access made shell collecting a memorable experience!

Everything was excellent.

The location is ideal—close to the beach and a Walmart within walking distance. The hotel offers decent amenities, including a pool and water park environment, which is a bonus for families. The staff was genuinely helpful and eager to assist. The room I received didn’t match what was advertised. Pictures were misleading; my accommodations felt ten times smaller, lacked essentials, and were poorly maintained. Uncomfortable beds and difficult doors added to the frustration. This establishment needs serious attention to detail. This place, unfortunately, does not live up to its own promises.

Location

The musty, damp smells in the rooms. Dirty bathroom with sanitary towel in the shower. And my sister had to change rooms twice and in the third room the toilet overflowed and there was no shower curtain. It was indicated and they never went to put it up. We didn't like the hotel at all.

Let's start with the positives. The location of the property is fantastic, being so close to the beach was a major plus. The water park was also a hit with my kids, providing some fun entertainment during our stay. there were quite a few drawbacks that I couldn't overlook. The room we booked was supposed to be a direct oceanview, but we ended up with a side view which was disappointing. the room itself looked outdated and in need of renovation. The ceiling leaked, the beds were small and uncomfortable, and there were rust stains all around. the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The sheets had stains, the bathroom wasn't clean, and we even found a big wad of red hair in one of the beds. It was not a pleasant sight, especially when traveling with a baby. The maintenance issues were also frustrating. The TV didn't work, the air conditioning went out, and even after calling for help, no one showed up. while the location and water park were enjoyable, the outdated rooms, cleanliness issues, and lack of maintenance response were major letdowns.
